“I’m often called upon to teach Master Classes all over the world. Walking into some of these situations can be daunting and challenging, not only because the student’s training levels differ from place to place, but because I never know what to expect in the way of music accompaniment. With Mike Veny, I always know that I’m going to have a consistent, attentive, creative musician at my disposal… and for that I’m grateful!”
Michael Trusnovec
“I believe that part of Mike Veny’s enthusiasm comes from the fact that he enjoys playing and he enjoys playing for dance classes. It keeps him truly engaged, and what he offers is fresh. In my experience, teaching master classes can be hit or miss, if the musician isn’t willing or able to “go there” with you in class. Mike goes with me, and he makes my job easier.”
